Overview

Nestled in the heart of Bangkok’s Old Town, PAULETTE BKK is a café that effortlessly blends Parisian charm with Thai heritage. Located at 65 Fueang Nakhon Road, this spot offers more than just food; it delivers an experience framed by stunning views of a majestic temple visible from its multiple floors. The café’s design is thoughtfully curated — soft pastel colors and delicate details create a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels both intimate and stylish.

PAULETTE BKK is best known for its scones and iced Americano, which showcase a simple yet elegant approach to classic café fare. The scones, light and buttery, pair beautifully with the smooth, well-balanced iced Americano, making for a refined snack or a light afternoon treat. The emphasis on quality coffee and well-executed desserts highlights the café’s dedication to a refined palate, even as it attracts a crowd eager to capture the perfect Instagram moment.

The interior space, while charming, is relatively small and can feel cozy during busy hours. With several floors to choose from, including balconies overlooking the temple, PAULETTE BKK offers a variety of ambiances—from quiet corners ideal for reflection to vibrant spots perfect for socializing. This layered spatial design appeals to a diverse audience: from tourists enchanted by the temple views to locals seeking a sophisticated yet relaxed environment.

While some visitors note that the café’s popularity sometimes leads to a crowded atmosphere and heightened focus on photography over communal etiquette, the overall vibe remains upbeat and inviting. PAULETTE BKK carefully balances its role as both a sensory retreat and a social hub. For those drawn by the café’s aesthetic and scenic location, it serves as a unique destination in Bangkok’s bustling café scene — one where ambiance and flavor come together beneath the gaze of timeless architecture.

In summary, PAULETTE BKK is a stylish spot that offers more than just quality coffee and pastries; it invites guests to savor a moment of Parisian elegance amid Bangkok’s rich cultural backdrop. Ideal for visitors who appreciate visual beauty, specialty drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere, this café stands out as a memorable pause in the city’s rhythmic pace.

The café boasts a beautiful design, with stunning surrounding views that enhance its overall ambiance. However, the interior is relatively small and can feel crowded. The prices for desserts and beverages are quite high compared to their taste, portion size, and quality. This spot is ideal for capturing great photos before heading elsewhere.

Unexpected Gem in Old Town! We stumbled upon this charming new cafe today during their soft opening, located near our hostel. It's a truly unique spot with a Parisian flair right in front of a stunning Thai temple. The cafe offers multiple floors to choose from, each with its own special ambiance. We enjoyed a delicious lemon tart with breathtaking temple views. This place is sure to become a local favorite and go viral soon! Highly recommend!

The cafe is really lovely and pretty. Coffee and dessert were good. But I don't want to recommend this place because of the bad manners of customers. They left the door wide open for a long time to take a picture. It gets very hot inside, but they couldn't care less. For them, only photos are important, but there is no consideration for other customers………..

Nice place for relaxing after walk around Sao Chingcha. The temple view opposite the coffee shop is amazing… very beautiful. The place itself also well decorated. Bakery a bit pricey however could compensate with the atmosphere and location… You may facing challenges waiting for taking picture with the stunning view… be patient about that
